Soma Mangnaanii

Soma Mangaanii is an Indian actress, model, social worker and artist. She holds a degree in Greek Arts from the prestigious Boston University in the US. After her degree, she chose to return to India. Hailing from the heart of Bollywood, Soma has been involved with the film industry for over a decade now. Turning her childhood dreams into her reality, Soma made her film debut in Lesa Lesa (2003), a Tollywood film directed by none other than Padma Shri Priyadarshan. She also acted in the popular Indian TV series Jabb Love Hua, a show on Zee TV. Popularly known as the ‘Dhol Jageeron Girl’, she found her claim to fame in Master Salem’s super-hit track ‘Dhol Jageeron Da'. She also featured in Sukhjit Khaira’s soulful song ‘Rog Judaiyaan De’. Her latest stint was as a contestant on the Colors TV show hosted by Salman Khan - Big Boss, Season 12!

She is also an avid painter. Apart from this, she has taken up Belly Dancing, Pilates and is even a skin care goddess!

In her free time, she likes to visit animal shelters and spend some quality time with her parents, brother and friends. On cheat days she treats herself to the occasional bag of chips.
